LO48551: CHINESE CHARACTERS DISPLAY ERROR IN MESSAGE WHEN SENT FROM ULTRALITE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• STEPS:
  1.user log in mail file at ultralite mode
  2.send a message with Chinese characters in title and content
  3.recipient log in at ultralite and open this message
  The bug appear with different phenomenon at two defferent
  scenarios:
  1.disable Chinese character set at server documentation. (the
  enable character
  set is Western as default)
  2.enable Chinese character set at server documentation
  
  1.default settings (disable Chinese character set at server
  documentation)
  (1) at inbox list view, the Chinese message title shows
  correctly.
  
  (2) open this message, at message view, the message title shows
  correctly. But
  the content of message display error.(also display error at full
  mode)
      2. enable Chinese character set at server documentation
  (open notes admin, navigate to [server current
  documentation->Internet
  Protocols->Domino Web Engine->Character Set->Default character
  set group],
  select "Simplified Chinese" instead of "Western", restart server
  and than
  follow the reproducing steps to sent the same Chinese message
  again )
  
  (1) at recipient's inbox list view, the Chinese message title
  shows error.
  (2) at recipient's message view, the message's title and content
  both display
  error. (also display error at full mode)
  
        Notes: whatever the setting of character set it has, the
  message with Chinese
  character sent from FULL mode can be display without any error.
  The bug only
  reproduce when user sent Chinese message from ultralite mode.
  

Local fix

• Use UTF-8 as encoding
