LO43886: CHINESE CHARACTERS ARE SHOWN AS GARBAGE IN NOTES 7.0.3

Error description

• Reproducible steps:
  
  1. get the problematic mail file
  
  2. copy the 4 mails from the mail file into a standard Notes
  mail database (created from mail7.ntf of R7.0.3).
  
  3. Open the mail in the Notes client.
  
  All Chinese characters in the mail body are shown as garbage
  with the Default encoding.
  
  
  4. While opening the mail, click menu View--Encoding--other--
  Unicode
  (Auto-Detect), the Chinese characters could be shown correctly.
  
  
  
  5. The issue does not exist when using Notes R7.0.4.

• switch MIME character set to Unicode (Auto-Detect)
