Local fix
As a workaround, you can increase the font for the Notes client. The notes.ini parameter Display_Font_Adjustment affects the font size of text in forms, documents, Workspace icons and instant messages. Add the following setting to your NOTES.INI file: Display_font_adjustment=x (where x is the number of points added to the default size, and is a number between 0 and 25). Save the notes.ini file and re-open the Notes client.
