APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The AMU porting tool will not create an API Gateway version of
an API that contains a definition with a $ref property that is
not a string value.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • The code was attempting to inspect what was assumed to be a
string value using a function that does not exist for an object
data type, resulting in an exception that stopped migration of
the API.  The code was corrected to check the data type of the
$ref property value before using that function.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix will be delivered in the API Connect Migration Utility
(AMU) versions 10.0.5.7-r1, 10.0.5.8, and 10.0.8.0.
