APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • On Developer Portal change password logs out users if an
incorrect password is entered.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
On Developer Portal, click on the user icon on the top right,
select "Change Password". Enter a wrong current password, and a
new password. After click save, Developer Portal automatically
log out the user with an error message "Session expired. Please
sign in again." on the top.

  • Portal users would be logged out if they entered their current
password wrong while trying to change their password.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Portal users are no longer logged out when they enter their
password incorrectly.
Fix is targeted for 10.0.1.7, 10.0.5.0
