APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Send configured_oauth_provider when referenced user registry is
  updated
  if a oauth provider reference a user registry , when a parameter
  of the user registry is updated only a
  configured_api_user_registry_update event is sent. A
  configured_oauth_provider_update should be sent to all
  oauth_provider referencing the user registry.
  
  Recreate by following the below sequence:
  1. create user registry1 with URL1
  2. create oauth provider with user registry1.
  3. update user registry1 with URL2
  

Local fix

• Workaround for the issue:
  1. create user registry1 with URL1
  2. create oauth provider with user registry1.
  3. create user registry2 with URL2
  4. update oauth provider with user registry2
  

Problem summary

• Changes in a user registry referenced by an oauth_provider in a
  catalog were not propagated to the catalog in the gateway.
  

Problem conclusion

• <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">The issue was
  fixed by sending an event to gateway with the updated
  values.</span>
