APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • For v5c gateway, after migration from v5 to v10, the name in
sslClientProfile for urlopen module no longer works due to v10
using a different format for the TLS profile name.

Local fix

  • Manually modify the tlsclientPofile name in all the APIs

Problem summary

  • In the version 5 compatible gateway, the TLS profiles are
deployed on DataPower using a name that includes a version
number of 1.0.0 but the code that maps the user provided TLS
profile name to the deployed DataPower object name was not
adding the version to the name.

Problem conclusion

  • <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">A fix will be
provided in the API Connect releases 10.5.0.0 and
10.0.1.7.</span>
