Local fix

Problem summary

• <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">Customers who
  create an API from WSDL.  The WSDL is a zip file containing wsdl
  and schema files.</span>
  The zip file should contain:
     - files with the extension wsdl, which contain wsdl
  definitions
     - files with the extension xsd, which contain schema
  definitions
  
  The problem occurs if the zip file contains
     - files with the extension xml, which contain wsdl
  definitions
  
  The API will be incorrectly created and API Connect will report
  errors during the creation process.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed to detect `xml files which contain wsdl
  definitions` and immediately fail with a valid message.
  In such cases, the customer should use the `wsdl` file
  extension.
