Error description

  • When restoring a site with a bulk database the restore fails
due to the max_allowed_packet limit which is believed to be
128MB currently, and needed to be extended.

  • The product is updated in 2018.4.1.16 and 10.0.2 to address the
issue. The fix will be included in a future 10.0.1.x fixpack.
