APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In case the database table apim.role has entries where "scope"
is set to "org" and "permission_urls" is set to null, the
apim-schema-upgrade job may fails to complete successfully.

Local fix

  • Contact IBM support providing the output of
apicops
tables:get-contents apim.role
to confirm the issue and receive
instruction about how to get around the problem

Problem conclusion

resolved in API Connect version 2018.4.1.16 </span>
