MESSAGE TRANSLATIONS IN THE PORTAL UI. SO THE TRANSLATION FOR
STRING X IS PUT AS THE TRANSLATION FOR STRING Y. THIS MEANS THE
UI NOW MEANS ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE IN OTHER LANGUAGES BECAUSE
COMPLETELY NON-SENSICAL STRINGS ARE SHOWN IN THE UI.
