APAR status

Error description

  • When a customer is using LDAP registry and as such the
    invitation/signup workflow requires a non-email address
    username, then it appears that a DNS check is being performed on
    the 'username' field which causes to prevent the customer from
    completing the registration.
    

Local fix

  • Disable check_dns module
