LI81769: INCREASE OAUTH INTROSPECTION METADATA SIZE TO 1024

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• OAuth Metadata size has been increased for 1024, however,
  introspection call still limited the size of response for
  metadata to 512. This size will be increase to 1024 to properly
  reflect the update metadata size limit.

Problem summary

• Introspecting an Access_token with metadata larger than 512
  bytes will result in `metadata too large` error instead of
  metadata being populated.
  

Problem conclusion

• Increase the size of metadata in the response for introspection
  of an Access_token from 512 to 1024 bytes, which is the size
  limit for metadata. All users on 5.0.8.10-iFix, 10.0.2.0, and
  2018.4.1.15 and later will be able to see successful response
  from metadata endpoint.
