APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When browser language is French, the Switch Policy's condition
editor screen "and" "or" get updated in the yaml with words in
French.

Steps reproduce the issue:
1) Change web browser's
language to French.
2) Go to API Manager's API Assemble edit
page. Add a Switch Policy, and click Edit Condition in the
Switch policy.
3) On the Condition editor screen, click "Add
Group". For drop-down options "and/or" next to the "NOT". If
select "and/or" the code been updated with words in French.

Local fix

  • Manually update the condition expressions in the API's Source
view

Problem summary

  • UI wrongly translates logical operator based on user language
configuration.

Problem conclusion

  • Fix will be delivered to both 2018.4.1.15 and v10.0.1.1
