Error description
Here are the re-create steps : 1. Create a user in the current APIM , Provider Org - with the role as "Developer" 2. Make sure have a consumer-org for the catalog in the current Provider Org. 3. Try to login in the Provider Org (APIM UI) as the new developer user - you have created in Step-1 4. Go to any of the catalogs ----> click on "Consumer Organization" The page will become blank.
Local fix
Try to give the developer, a consumer org manager role to able to perform the action.
Problem summary
Users may experience a blank browser screen when logging in to API Manager as a Developer and clicking "Consumer Organization" in a catalog.
Problem conclusion
The product is updated in 2018.4.1.12 to address the issue.
