Error description

  • User may experience synchronisation issues between the
Management subsystem and the DataPower Gateway because the
snapshots send to the Gateway have missing references.

  • Engage IBM Support

Problem summary

  • Synchronization issues may be observed between the Management
Server and Gateway subsystems due to missing references from
internal communications.

Problem conclusion

  • The issue is addressed in 2018.4.1.13 and is targted to be
addressed in version 10.0.1.
