LI81447: INVOKE POLICY FAILS IF RESPONSE HAS A CONTENT TYPE FOR AN XLSX DOCUMENT

Error description

• The content type for this document has the text "xml" within it
  and the isXML function was mistakenly identifying the response
  as an XML document. The attempt to do an XML parse on this
  response resulted in the invoke policy failing and returning a
  HTTP 500 error.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The framework function that examines the content type to
  determine if the associated payload is XML was incorrectly
  returning true for this content type.  This caused the invoke
  policy to attempt to parse the response payload as an XML
  document which failed, resulting in the failing HTTP 500
  response.
