APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When logged into the API Manager user interface, on the
  "Developers" pages, there is a button labelled "Export Data".
  In IBM API Management V3.0.4.0, if a user attempts to export the
  data for Developers, they will be presented with an error
  message stating: Error Unable to retrieve analytics information
  If browser debugging is enabled, users will observe that the
  calls are failing with a HTTP 403 forbidden error.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When logged into the API Manager user interface, on the

  In IBM API Management V3.0.4.0, if a user attempts to export the
  data for Developers, they will be presented with an error
  message stating: Error Unable to retrieve analytics information
  If browser debugging is enabled, users will observe that the
  calls are failing with a HTTP 403 forbidden error.
  
  The problem was occurring due to a defect with role based
  security.
  The defect has been resolved and users with the correct
  privileges are now able to export the data.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is targeted for inclusion in IBM API Management V3.0.4.1
