Error description

• double-byte characters stored in graphic type columns with
  character set x-IBM300 was mapped to encoding x-IBM939/code page
  939, and they are not mirrored correctly.
  

Local fix

• Either change the datatype of the GRAPHIC column to CHAR or
  VARCHAR,  or declare the CCSID of the column to be 1200 (UTF16).
