JR65157: CDC ORACLE REDO LOG SCRAPER CAN INCORRECTLY DECLARE REDO LOG AS INVALID

Error description

• CDC throws a warning message like below:
  
  Invalid record size detected in redo log file
  '/cdclog/archive/arc_1_80133_1089376216.arc'. The Oracle redo
  log file '/cdclog/archive/arc_1_80133_1089376216.arc' contains a
  record of size 27580. The largest record previously encountered
  is 1048576. The maximum configured allowable record size is 348.
  This error was detected in file /dmbuild/jenkins/pipeline_maste
  r/build-output/linux/x86/default/64/temp/ireflect-engine/src/ma
  in/c/oraraw/orarfile.cat line 337.
  
  
  Cause:
  
  There is a log entry that CDC cannot handle because it's not
  following the generic log entry format CDC is expecting.
