Error description

  • If you have a choice list in a Case solution that contains
    newline characters in the value of a choice item, you are not
    able to save a solution.
    
    In trying to save the solution, it fails with the following
    error in the browser console:
    
    Uncaught SyntaxError: JSON.parse: bad control character in
    string literal at line 1 column 259 of the JSON data
