Error description

• When trying to login into an instance of IBM RPA v21.0.2
  deployed on Cloud Pak v21.0.3 using the REST APIs, issues are
  encountered and the following error is seen:
  {    "error": "invalid_grant",
     "error_description": "OIDC access token not sent in the
  request"
  }
  
  It is not able to obtain the access token for invoking the RPA
  server endpoints.
  
  The issue seems to be coming from Zen authentication APIs.
