APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The getMergedWorkListService requests, which returns work items
in an in-basket, passes an incorrect value for the
processrole_name parameter.
This issue occurs if the in-basket for a particular role is
shared to other roles.
For example, if in-basket A for role A is also shared to roles B
and C.
Therefore, roles B and C would also have access to in-basket A.
When you select the in-basket A in role B, the processrole_name
would pass the value of A instead.

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • This is an issue if you are using a request filter for the
in-basket widget and you are on IBM Business Automation Workflow
 v21.0.2 or later.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures the correct
 processrole_name is returned for the getMergedWorkListService
request.
