Error description

  • When you try to import a case solution package or snapshot into
    a v21.0.3 environment, the import fails with a type='Service'
    error similar to the following:
    
    The solution was not imported because of the following error:
    CONVERT_DATA failed. 30 items processed: 28 succeeded, 2 failed.
    Fatal operation error encountered while processing the following
    object - Class: CmAcmPage, Id:
    {XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-16533297E6F5} Unable to find
    replacement value. type='Service', source item='Name', source
    value='CmAcmCASEDETAILS_DEFAULT_ADAPTER.WebSiteDisplayer17.Clien
    t-Side Human Service Viewer.webSiteDisplayerUrl' FNRAM9004
    
    For IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, this error occurs for
    case solutions that were exported from a CP4BA 21.0.3 GA up to
    interim fix IF006 release and the import being performed on a
    CP4BA 21.0.3 IF007 or later release.
