When you edit menu items for a widget, the list of actions that are displayed show only in English even when the client browser is configured for a non-English locale. The other page items all display correctly in non-English. An example of this is when you try to edit the menu actions for the Case information widget by editing a page and clicking on the gear icon on the case information widget.
