APAR status

Error description

  • In Process Portal, when you attempt to reassign a task back to
the team from the content menu option, the following error
occurs: "The task update did not complete."
Monitoring the REST API call that is made on the client-side
when attempting to reassign the task shows an undefined element
in the URL, similar to this example:
/ProcessPortal/undefined/v1/task/2685?action=assign&avoidBasicAu
thChallenge=true&back=true&parts=none

  •   Use modify task to reassign task back to team.

Problem summary

  • No additional information is available.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that ensures that reassigning tasks back to team work
