You are not able to see the Add Case button on the Work page as it is hidden behind the in-basket widget after your initial login to case client. This issue occurs under the following conditions: 1) Only a single Add Case button is configured on the page 2) The Add Case button label is renamed 3) The toolbar is configured with a height of automatic The button reappears when you navigate away from the role and back or when the browser window is resized.
