APAR status

Error description

  • If you import an older dashboard toolkit or an application that
references an an older dashboard toolkit, the functionality to
view instances in Process Portal will look for that imported
toolkit rather than the expected 8.6 dashboard snapshot. Thus
you may see an error like this in Process Portal when doing
trying to view an instance:

Error: The server responded with an error code 500 when
accessing the url "/rest/bpm/wle/v1/coachflow/instance/57".
Contact your system administrator. CWTBG0019E: Unexpected
exception during execution. Exception information: 'An instance
details UI could not be found for the instance with the ID 57.'.

In the SystemOut logs you may see the following exception:
