JR64541: IBM RPA - LAUNCH AND ATTACH WINDOW COMMAND DOESN'T WORK ON RUNTIME EXECUTION

Error description

• Command Launch and Attach window doesn't open Windows
  application when executed via runtime scheduled execution. It
  seems that the scenario is reproduced if the Windows'
  application has a splash screen, which causes the command to try
  to attach this screen instead of the main one, opened after the
  splash screen disappears.

  * Sometimes when Launch and Attach Window command was used     *
  * with apps with a splash screen, the command would try to     *
  * attach the splash screen only since it was considered as the *
  * app itself, but the command should wait the app to be fully  *
  * loaded before it finishes. The solution chosen was to enable *
  * user to provide the title of the window that the command     *
  * needs to wait, so even if the splash screen is considered as *
  * the app, the command will wait until the provided title is   *
  * found on given process.                                      *
