• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Replication terminates when target receives NULL value for
  non-nullable column. IDR CDC for Oracle source treats before
  image as NULL for out of place UPDATE for compressed table if
  it's preceded by INSERT.
  

Local fix

• Refresh the table or remove it temporarily from replication
