APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the default port is no longer active in the FTP/SFTP
  environment, the command does not work. In other words, the
  command does not use the specified port on the FTP/SFTP
  connection. It only works when there is a default port.
  
  If the environment there is a default port no matter which one
  is used in the command will always be considered the default one
  otherwise the error is generated.
