Error description
When you expand a process instance to view the available variable values for the instance, you can see that the datetime values are shown correctly according to the local time zone. However, when you click the process instance name, the datetime values are displayed incorrectly in the Instance details UI page. For example, one of the highlighted datetime values shows 2021-11-16T08:42:31Z, which is not formatted. The expected value should have been formatted according to the local time zone.
