Error description

  • When your browser is set to Chinese locale and you use BAS to
create a new project, the first project is created successfully
but any subsequent attempt to create a new project fails. In the
 log file, you see the following exception:
com.ibm.bpm.wle.api.BadRequestInvalidAcronymException:
CWTBG0676E: The 'PA' acronym is invalid. Acronym 'must be
unique.'

Local fix

  • Rename the existing project's acronym in BAS.
