JR64286: CACHED ENTRIES CANNOT BE SAVED TO DISK WHILE USING DYNAMIC CACHE

Error description

• When using Dynamic Cache to save the cached entries to the disk,
  the following exception is thrown and the entries are not saved
  to the disk.
  
  DYNA0052E: The cached object can not be replicated or saved to
  disk.  CacheID=4
  ClassName=com.ibm.ws.bo.bomodel.impl.DynamicBusinessObjectImpl
  Type=cache-value    Exception=java.lang.IllegalStateException:
  ArtifactLoader service has been disabled. If this message
  appeared during the server was stopping, it means ArtifactLoader
  had been stopped and would not provide query service for other
  components until the next server start.
  
  This process of saving the cached entries to disk is done when
  the server is in the process of performing a normal shut down.
  The objects need to be serialized before being saved to the
  disk. Since at the time of server shut down, the Artifact Loader
  service is not available and the serialization process requires
  the Artifact Loader service, the serialization is not successful
  and the above exception is thrown.

  successful as the Artifact Loader is not available.
