Error description
When you try to debug a remote instance, for example, a human service in Process Designer's Inspector, it fails with the following error: CWTBG0019E: Unexpected exception during execution. Exception information: 'You are not allowed to perform the action because you do not have read permissions on the project that contains the process model.' The browser log shows the following error: Returned : HTTP/1.1 501 Not Implemented With the error the customer sees on the screen: {"status":"error","Data":{"status":"error","exceptionType":"com. ibm.bpm.wle.api.UnsupportedServiceResumeRequestException","error Number":"CWTBG0602E","errorMessage":"CWTBG0602E: For coaches, you cannot resume a stopped service.","errorMessageParameters":null,"responses":null,"errorD ata":null}}

Start the instance in Process Designer.
Problem summary
This error occurs when the instance is not started from the Process Designer (for example, Process Portal). PRODUCT AFFECTED: IBM Business Automation Workflow IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
