Local fix

  • Make the file to be discovered available through an HTTP URL,
and use that URL in the external service discovery wizard.
Alternatively, download the file and, for web service discovery,
 the associated .xsd files, to the file system and point the
external service discovery wizard to this file.

Problem summary

  •   An internal configuration problem existed when an HTTP proxy
  is in use.
