Error description

• Duplicate vault keys (vault keys with the same name) should be
  prevented from getting created, In the Web Client, when we
  access Credentials > Vault Credentials > New Vault Credentials >
  Keys, it should check the already existing keys and not let us
  proceed with using the name that exists.
