  • If you are installing Business Automation Workflow using the
form ui , you might see some pod failed to pull image from
cp.icr.io,e g.

code = Unknown desc = unable to retrieve auth token: invalid
username/password: unauthorized: The login credentials are not
valid, or your IBM Cloud account is not active.

Local fix

  • You could manually edit the CR using yaml view by adding
following configuration:
shared_configuration:
    image_pull_secrets:
       - admin.registrykey

Problem summary

  • No additional information is available.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix will be included in 21.0.2 IF002 and future release to add
 admin.registry to image pull secret automatically.
