JR63913: NEW "BPC ADMINS" TEAM HAS NO OWNER BY DEFAULT

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Since 21.0.2, there is a new UMS team named "BPC Admins" that is
  created by BAI.
  This team is empty (as expected), however by default it has no
  owner.
  This creates an error when editing and saving the team.
  

Local fix

• Provide the uuid of the UMS team as a value for the
  spec.bai_configuration.business_performance_center.admin_team
  property in your CR.

  to get UMS server route.
  2. Use a browser to access https://<UMS server
  route>/teamserver/ui.

  to either
  a) Add a owner to the 'BPC Admins' team; or
  b) Create a UMS admin group (or identify the name of your
  administration group already created) and specify the name in
    spec:
