Error description

• Setting the Effective Business Rule for a specific date is not
  displayed correctly in the edit view of the Business Rule Editor
  
  
  Using the business process rules manger web interface to modify
  a specific business rule will not be applied and shown correctly
   when disabling the checkbox "Synchronize with the name".
  The workflow is as follows:
  1. Login to the business process rules manger web interface
  2. Edit an existing business rule
  3. Copy an existing business rule and disable the checkbox
  "Synchronize with the name"
  4. Set the "Name" and the "Display Name" to different values and
  save the rule
  5. Add a new "Selection Record", set this new rule as "Effective
  Rule Logic" and save it
  6. Publish this change
  7. Go back to the Edit view of the rule schedule and the new
  applied setting is lost
