Workflow Case administration desktop 20.0.0.1 with Content
Platform Engine (CPE) 5.5.3, you see a java.lang.NoSuchMethod
error:

Local fix

  • There are 2 workarounds for this issue:
1) Upgrade external Content Platform Engine to v5.5.4 or later.
2) Apply JR62586 and deploy the Solution using Case Builder or
Case Configuration Tool
