Error description
Scenario: You have an SCA application that has forward routing paths configured for its (SCA) destinations and custom JVM property "SCA.recycleDestinations" set to false. Behavior: When this application gets redeployed the current forward routing path gets added to the list of previous forward routing paths. Previous entries which are no longer valid or are duplicate entries don't get deleted. This may lead to invalid routing which causes a Failed Event, and the application may become non-functional. Expected Result: When the application is redeployed, the current routing path entry should replace the previous invalid or duplicate entries.
