Error description
Runtime updates of environment variables or servers used by a service flow that is contained in a toolkit may be ignored when starting that service flow using the start service REST API (POST /rest/bpm/wle/v1/service/{instanceId}?action=start). This may happen if you set the createTask parameter to true, or do not specify the snapshotId parameter of the REST API. Local fix
Set createTask to false (default) and specify a value for the snapshotId when using the start service REST API. Alternatively add a wrapper service in the process app that starts the service from the toolkit and start the service from the process app instead.
