Error description
When refresh is performed, if the IIDR for DataStage system parameter "ds_output_timestamp_utc=true" (this is default) the journal time (DM_TIMESTAMP - first column of the flat file) was LOCAL time when the source is IIDR for iSeries. With this fix journal time should be now UTC.
