Error description

  • Using regular pages and script adapters, it is possible to
configure a case to be opened after it is added.  Opening the
case is done with widget events and coordination topics.  The
same can't be accomplished with the new Adapter pages that use
client-side human service views introduced with v20.0.0.2.
