APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Folders with prefix ALQueryBLAAssetSession are created in
<BAW_HOME>/<profileName>/wstemp folder but not cleaned when
server starts or restarts.
The wstemp folder contains workspaces for sessions. The
workspace for ALQueryBLAAssetSession is not discarded, causing
the size of the wstemp folder to grow.

Local fix

  • You can shut down BPM and manually delete these files.

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs because the workspace of the
ALQueryBLAAssetSession is not discarded.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures workspaces
for ALQueryBLAAssetSession are discarded by calling
removeWorkSpace method of WorkSpaceManager.

Temporary fix

  • Not Applicable.
