APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • You see message 'One or more values are incorrect. Correct them
before you continue' while you manage choice lists in Case
Builder.
You see the message even though you did not make any changes to
a choice list. The only way to close the error message is to
press the ESC button.
You see the message under the following conditions:
1) You are using Microsoft Edge browser
2) You open the manage choice list window and click the name of
a choice list

Local fix

  • Workaround:
- Press the ESC key on the keyboard to exit the manage choice
list window.
- Use a different client browser.  For example, Mozilla FireFox
or Google Chrome
