Error description

  • The system log contains an error message like

CWLLG0713E: Versioning information for task <#1234> cannot be
obtained.

com.lombardisoftware.client.persistence.common.ObjectNotFoundExc
eption: Snapshot.XXXX

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • For a long running team retrieval service a snapshot
 could already be deleted but the event manager task
that is started when snapshot is installed/created is still
running. So when the team retrieval service
runs it accesses a snapshot id which no longer exists on the
system.


It then creates an error message in the log.

CWLLG0713E: Versioning information for task <#1234> cannot be
obtained.

Problem conclusion


    

  • The fix checks whether a snapshot still exists before actually
starting the team retrieval service.
