Local fix
Problem summary
For a long running team retrieval service a snapshot could already be deleted but the event manager task that is started when snapshot is installed/created is still running. So when the team retrieval service runs it accesses a snapshot id which no longer exists on the system. It then creates an error message in the log. Problem conclusion
The fix checks whether a snapshot still exists before actually starting the team retrieval service.
