Error description

• After applying 21.0.1.1 CR, you wait for operator to complete
  its current 20.0.3.2 reconcile, so it can pick up on 21.0.1.1
  in next loop.
  While you are waiting and tailing the operator
  logs you see the operator attempt to re-run the same ADS-20.0.3
  tasks looping for ~30-40 minutes before timing out with the
  following:
