Error description
The Team Performance dashboard shows a Roster list of users when a team is selected. The Roster list shows the members of the team. However, when a user is added to a team via the Team Binding page within the Process Admin Console, the user is not listed in the Roster list within the Team Performance dashboard. This is a limitation of the product that is not documented in the Knowledge Center.
Local fix
In Process Designer, add the user as a member of the team in the team definition and deploy a new snapshot. Alternatively, if the team is composed of LDAP groups, add the user to one of the underlying LDAP groups and re-synchronize the group.
